What is your internal muse?
An “internal muse” is an inner source of inspiration, creativity, or guidance that drives your imagination or work.
The idea comes from the ancient Greek “Muses”—goddesses of the arts, science, and literature—who were believed to whisper inspiration to poets, artists, and thinkers. When people talk about an “internal muse,” they mean that instead of relying on an outside force or person, they have an “inner wellspring” of ideas, intuition, and vision.
Some creative artists see it as a mysterious companion within; others treat it as the disciplined part of themselves that shows up and does the work consistently.
